- Donor Profile
- Lifetime Angels Donors whose cumulative lifetime giving equals $10,000 or more are eligible for inclusion as Lifetime Angels Society members. Lifetime Angels Society members receive an invitation to the annual Angels of Madonna Dinner and special recognition in the dinner program. Lifetime Angels also receive listing in Madonna's Annual Report.
- Angels Society Donors whose cumulative giving equals $1,000 or more in a calendar year are eligible for membership in the Madonna Foundation Angels Society. Angels Society members receive an invitation to the annual Angels of Madonna Dinner and are recognized in the dinner program.
- Donors of Distinction Donors whose cumulative lifetime giving equals $50,000 or more are eligible for inclusion as Donors of Distinction. Donors of Distinction receive a glass block on the Madonna Foundation's Donor Wall. In addition, Donors of Distinction receive all the rights and privileges of Lifetime Angels.
- Sister Phyllis Hunhoff Society Friends of Madonna who have made arrangements for a deferred or future gift to the Madonna Foundation in their estate plans are eligible for inclusion in the Sister Phyllis Hunhoff Society. These future gifts will ensure the continuation of the high level of comprehensive services provided by Madonna for generations to come. Hunhoff Society members receive a beautiful beveled crystal keepsake for display in the home or office. In addition, Hunhoff Society members receive all the rights and privileges of Lifetime Angels.
