Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital uses several measurements to assess the outcomes of persons served. These outcomes are compared with national LTACH benchmarks compiled by the National Association of Long Term Hospitals (NALTH). The outcomes described below are outcomes for all patients discharged from Madonna's LTACH between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009.

Functional Gain: On average, LTACH patients made a gain of 16.1 points on the FIM scale* after an average length of stay of 26.5 days.
Ventilator Weaning: 58.8% of ventilator patients successfully weaned in an average of 16 days. Click here to read more about Pulmonary Program Outcomes.
Satisfaction: 76.5% rated thier experience as "Excellent" and 98% as "Excellent" or "Good" overall
