Orthopedic Program: Clinical Leadership


  • Magda Beauchamp, MDAs program medical director for the Orthopedic Program, Dr. Beauchamp provides leadership for the team in developing individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic diagnoses, and also provides input into overall program development as well as quality improvement and outcomes management efforts.

  • Tim Bausch, PT, DPTAs program leader, Dr. Bausch is responsible for providing leadership for the Orthopedic Protram at Madonna, including clinical leadership, program development, quality improvement, outcomes management and referral development. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha and has eight years experience working with this population.
