Madonna ProActive is proud to be Lincoln's first medically based health and fitness center for all members of the community. Madonna ProActive combines a state-of-the-art facility, along with expert staff, and a holistic approach to wellness. These components, along with Madonna's expertise in helping each individual to do the things they want to do, is what makes the ProActive approach not only unique, but it creates success for our members.
Madonna is known for a team approach that helps individuals reach their goals. This philosophy also extends to Madonna ProActive. Staff includes a full-time holistic nurse, registered nurse, a nurse educator, registered dietitians, member coach, physical therapists, massage therapists and exercise physiologists all available to help individuals meet their goals.

The sky is the limit when it comes to your potential. Coaching can help you improve your life in a number of ways, in a health and fitness center and in your overall daily activities. Come to this free presentation with our Certified Wellness Coach ,Ian Thompson to learn how you can benefit from wellness coaching.

- Journaling Classes
Journaling can capture creativity and offer insights to the author. It provides a gentle setting where healing can take place and pieces of your life can come together. Join ProActive's journaling class at anytime. This class is led by Sharon Duffy, RN, MS, CRRN, ProActive's Wellness and Holistic Nurse. It is FREE for members and available for a one-time $30 registration fee for nonmembers. Sign up at the Front Desk.

Meditation Series
Join Sharon Duffy, RN, BJ Dennis, LMT, and Amy Williams, LMT, for a 6-week meditation series. Learn the basic techniques of Aromatherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Experiential Journaling, Mandalas, Mindful Movement Meditiation and the Silva Method.
- Meets Sundays from 2-3 p.m.
- Begins March 7 and continues through April 25 with no class on March 28 or April 4.
- Members $35, Non-Members $50
Qigong introduces the discipline of working with vital energy while learning 18 simple movements as well as energizing relaxation methods.
- 8 week session from Jan. 9- Feb. 27
- Meets on Saturdays from 1-2 p.m.
- Members $40, Non-Members $70
Tai Chi enhances an individual's mental, physical and spiritual health and can increase flexibility, coordination and strength while reducing tension and anxiety.
- 8 week session from Jan. 9- Feb. 27
- Beginning class meets on Saturdays from 2-3 p.m. Continuing Tai Chi (intermediate level) meets from 3-4 p.m.

- Play Center
- The Play Center is a safe and convenient babysitting service for Madonna ProActive members, club guests and others who utilize ProActive services.
