- Fitness Activity and Illness
Should I come work-out if I am not feeling well?
If you have a head cold, ultimately the answer to this question is up to you, but consider these points:
- When you are working out, do you not want people sneezing and coughing around you if they come in while sick?
- Do you enjoy an intense work-out in order to get the most quality out of your activity?
- Would you rather stay home and get better in order to resume your normal workout activity level when you return?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, it might be best to stay home. Also, if you have a fever, or any flu-like symptoms, we strongly urge you to stay home in order to keep our staff and other members well.
