Madonna ProActive's approach to health and wellness combines expertise along with customized support to help members achieve their own personal wellness goals.

Personal training with our experienced, degreed and certified personal trainers is offered to help members get the most from their investment in their health.

From first-time exerciser to seasoned veteran, Madonna ProActive's trainers have the background, education and expertise to educate, coach and motivate members to the results they desire. Personal training is offered in six focused areas:

  • Strength training
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Sports-specific training
  • Weight loss
  • Post-physical therapy
  • Balance and postural training

Strength Training PLUS

Introducing a new class designed specifically for individuals 65 and older. This small group training experience is geared toward improving and maintaining your strength. The group focuses on strengthening all areas of the body. During the six-week session you will try out a variety of equipment including weight machines, resistance bands and swiss balls. Strength Training PLUS is only $85.00 ($7.08/session) and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Stop by the front desk to enroll. Class space is limited. Fit for Women

Here's a ProActive fitness program designed especially for women. You will learn correct technique and form while using many of the weight machines and free weights. This class will help you gain a balance of all your muscle groups from your neck to your toes. Enjoy a small group setting while receiving a great workout. This six-week program meets twice a week. The cost of Fit for Women is only $125. Stop by the Front Desk to enroll. Class space is limited.
