The heat is on!
The Summer Grand Challenge begins Monday, July 6, and it's a great way to keep moving and making successful gains, or losses rather.
Here's what you have to do:
- Accumulate 1,000 activity minutes during a four-week period, July 6-August 2.
- Activity minutes can be accumulated in or outdoors.
- Everyone who completes 1,000 minutes and submits their activity calendar will receive a ProActive towel and have their names entered into a drawing for one free month of membership dues.
- There is a $5 fee for the challenge. Stop by the front desk to pick up your activity log.
