Bob and Stephanie Chase

Native Nebraskans Stephanie and Bob Chase returned to the Midwest in 1992 after studying, teaching, and dance professionally in New Your City for 9 years. Both have studied with the finest teachers in New York. Stephanie toured the U.S. and Japan with Chita Rivera in Can Can, and in the touring production of Sugar Babies. She has performed along side such greats as Tommy Tune, Nel Carter, Ann-Margaret, as well as Hinto Battle for former President Bush. She has appeared in national commercials and taught jazz and movement in the Drama Division of the Juilliard School and at Broadway Dance Center. Stephanie was, for 10 years, a Radio City Musical Hall Rockette. Both she and Bob have been guest teachers all over the United States, in Lisbon, Portugal and in Southern France.

Bob Chase's performing and teaching credits also include an MTV video with Paul Simon, Ronald Reagan's Inauguration and the Statue of Liberty Centennial on CBS-TV with the Pointer Sisters and Gene Kelley. Most recently, Bob has taught jazz and fitness at the Juilliard School, Broadway Dance Center, Steps and Arnold Schwarzenegger's World Gym.

They now bring their experience and training to Lincoln to share with students of all levels in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Point Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Fitness. Technique classes are offered year round to insure that each student becomes a better dancer. ProActive dance is enhance by dancers who are on faculty because of their great technique, enthusiasm and joy of teaching dance to young and older people alike.
