- QMRP/Manager:
Complete case management of individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Facilitates the development of treatment plans which help individuals learn new skills, assure the best quality of life possible and helps maintain family networks. Provides supervision for staff working directly with individuals on a day-to-day basis. Requires a B.A. in Social/ Human Services and 2 years experience with employees and persons with Developmental Disabilities. (Qualified Mental Retardation Professional)
- Direct Support Person
Direct care of persons with Developmental Disabilities in performance of tasks/or daily living skills. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to pass a background check, be drug free, and able to be in compliance with the Health Care Worker Registry. Experience with Developmentally Disabled persons a plus. All DSPs receive a minimum of 40 hours classroom and 90 hours on-the-job training in the performance of job duties.
