  • QMRP/Manager:
    Complete case management of individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Facilitates the development of treatment plans which help individuals learn new skills, assure the best quality of life possible and helps maintain family networks. Provides supervision for staff working directly with individuals on a day-to-day basis. Requires a B.A. in Social/ Human Services and 2 years experience with employees and persons with Developmental Disabilities. (Qualified Mental Retardation Professional)

  • Residential Habilitation Staff (DSP)/CNA:
    Direct care of persons with Developmental Disabilities in performance of daily activities within the residential programs. Habilitation staff must have a High School Diploma and a valid Illinois Driver's License. All habilitation staff receive a minimum of 40 hours classroom and 90 hours on-the-job training in the performance of job duties. A CNA also requires a Certificate of Education as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

  • Nurses:
    R. N. - Registered Nurse and L.P.N. - Licensed Practical Nurse to chart and pass medication and provide medical care for persons who have Developmental Disabilities. Nursing positions require a valid license to practice. L.P.N. position requires a Pharmacology Certificate. Within the CILA program, RN's also must receive training and certification as staff trainers.

  • DT Instructors (DSP):
    Direct Care and/or supervision of persons with Developmental Disabilities. Requires a B. A. in Social/Human Services. All instructors receive a minimum of 40 hours classroom and 90 hours on-the-job training in the performance of job duties.

  • Drivers:
    Transportation services for persons with Developmental Disabilities in vans provided by our agency. Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License and a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); must qualify for PACE Driver certification; CDL-B license a plus.
