Raymond Moreno, M.D.
Internal medicine specialist, Dr. Raymond Moreno was recently named Vice President of Medical Affairs for Tift Regional Medical Center. Before being named medical director, Dr. Moreno practiced at Affinity Health Group. His services included non-surgical medical specialty concerned with diseases of internal organs in adults. As an internist, Dr. Moreno is skilled in disease prevention and in managing complex disorders of the body.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Moreno earned his medical degree at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He then completed his internal medicine residency at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Moreno is affiliated with numerous academic and professional organizations, including the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the Tift County Medical Society. Dr. Moreno is also very involved in enriching Tifton through community involvement and volunteerism.
